Do you take a cut of what I invoice?
No, and we could not: invoices are produced here and sent by you, carrying your own bank details. Funds move between you and your client. We are not in that flow, hold no balance, and hold no payment keys.
What happens when I add a fifth retainer?
Nothing. The price is per practice, not per client, per seat or per invoice. Growing your book is not a billing event.
Who handles tax and invoicing for my subscription?
A merchant of record, who collects whatever tax is due where you are and sends you a compliant invoice. We never see your card.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, at any time, in full. Contracts, invoices and vault documents are yours — they are your clients' records as much as ours.
